Meditate This Fall

This fall you have a chance to try Lightwork meditation. Lightwork teacher, Cathy Belgrave, is offering a 7-class series at St. James Square on Thursday nights starting September 14.

You can register here: http://www.lightwork.ca/classes/level-1-meditation/

If you’d like to discover a whole new set of tools for increasing your energy and releasing stress, this is for you.

You’ll learn a powerful sequence of visualization techniques you can use in your everyday life…not just when you’re meditating. Use them on the fly at work, at home, wherever you happen to be, whatever you happen to be doing.

Even if you’ve found other styles of mediation to be challenging, consider giving this class series a try. Lightwork is specifically geared for people with busy minds. It’s done seated comfortably in a chair, so it’s easy on the body.

Cathy has been practicing Lightwork for more than 15 years and has seen changes in all aspects of her life as a result. She is also an early childhood educator, massage practitioner, and mom to three adult kids.
