NACHO Music Society
Have you ever wanted to learn a musical instrument, or have you played an instrument decades ago and wish to re-ignite that musical interest? It’s never too late to get involved in music. The Newbie Adult Chamber Orchestra (NACHO) brings adults together who now have the time to pursue music. At NACHO meetings you will learn how to follow the direction of a conductor and how an orchestra works together from sheet music and other materials. NACHO is a social orchestra, we do not rehearse for, or participate in public performances. We get together to play and talk about our musical efforts, share experiences and just have a really good time…NACHO members are ready to laugh at mistakes.
When: Mondays 10:00 am to 12 noon
Where: Mel Lehan Hall
Cost: varies by term
